Nicole Farrell
Nicole Farrell is an associate attorney at the law office of Jason H. Weinstock. Ms. Farrell was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ms. Farrell earned both her undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She served as the student bar association vice president and went on to become one of Nevada’s youngest licensed attorneys.
During her time in law school, Ms. Farrell served in the Las Vegas Township Justice Court with Judge Diana L. Sullivan, the Nevada Court of Appeals with Judge Deborah L. Westbrook, and sat on the bench with Senior Justice Abbi Silver numerous times.
Prior to beginning law school, Ms. Farrell gained experience in practice areas such as family law and civil litigation. Most influentially, Nicole worked alongside her father, a Nevada bail bondsman, helping people get released from custody. Throughout this time Ms. Farrell developed a passion for helping people. This has translated into her legal practice as she now strives to help clients navigate complex matters of workers' compensation. Nicole now fights for injured workers to get both the treatment and compensation they deserve.
