DIR tiene 30 d\u00c3\u00adas para responder a me petici\u00c3\u00b3n. Los mantendr\u00c3\u00a9 informados.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras tanto, hay alguna manera para trabajadores lastimados a tratar a obtener m\u00c3\u00a1s dinero del PPD premio que ya aceptaron en sumo global? Probablemente no. Yo estoy aconsejando a mis clientes actuales que si aceptaron el premio de PPD recientemente, podr\u00c3\u00adan llevarse cuotas ahora hasta que veamos qu\u00c3\u00a9 pasa con la petici\u00c3\u00b3n que presente. Puede haber una posibilidad en convirtiendo entrega PPD a mayor premio sumos globales hasta que se cambie la tasa de descuento valor presente, pero no puedo predicar exactamente lo que suceder\u00c3\u00a1, cuando algo va a suceder, y que demandantes benefician de los cambios atrasados. Esto es porque trabajadores lastimados solamente reciben 2\/3 de su salario mensual cuando est\u00c3\u00a1n sin trabajo y est\u00c3\u00a1n recuperando del accidente de trabajo, muchos se ponen en deuda tratando de pagar las fracturas si el accidente fue serio. No se puede culpar el trabajador lastimado de no elijar el plazo de pagos sabiendo que so pusieron de acuerdo con un podrido acuerdo con la forma de premios que est\u00c3\u00a1n reducidos del valor actual.
