So, if you are out of work for a month and file a claim after July 1, 2013, the most you would receive in compensation benefits for the month is $3,481.75. &nbsp;If you earned less than the maximum average monthly wage at the time of your injury, you will receive 66 2\/3 of your actual earned wages.
