The injured workers\u2019 remedy is to file a claim for workers\u2019 compensation through their employer\u2019s workers\u2019 compensation insurance policy. For example, if in a car accident while working or a ladder manufacturer if the ladder was defective. Not every workers\u2019 compensation claim will have a third-party option.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><strong>How do I know which lawyer I should hire?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Personal injury attorneys often handle car accidents, dog bites, premise liability (slip and falls on another\u2019s property), and injuries that occur because of a faulty product.
