Please note that a 5% for tinnitus converts to a 2% whole person award. Some doctors will award for tinnitus if there is a documented hearing loss even if it doesn&#8217;t amount to a ratable impairment for hearing loss, while some rating doctors will not award for tinnitus unless there is a ratable impairment for hearing loss.
